Nudity in state parks should be legal | Letter

I haven’t been a nudist my whole life, but, over the past few years, I’ve started spending time with more and more friends who like nudism. I have to say, there isn’t anything better than a warm, sunny day, nude on a beach, with some drinks and snacks and good friends.

I asked a park ranger friend if nudity was legal in state parks and per Washington law, you can actually get a ticket for being nude in a state park.

I disagreed with this, wrote my legislators and nothing happened. Therefore, I did what anyone would do. I started a website: www.nudeparkswa.com.

I advertise it on the back of my car. My organization promotes designated nude areas in state parks. We just want to be ourselves.

Nudity is healthy, natural and a downright good time!
