The Redmond Arts Commission invites the community to celebrate the 2009 Redmond Arts Award recipients Tuesday, June 16 at 7 p.m. in the lobby of Redmond City Hall, 15670 NE 85th St. The 2009 Arts Award recipients are orchestra teacher Nancy McKay, the DigiPen Institute of Technology and the Redwood Theatre.

Redmond Arts Awards are presented to individuals and organizations that serve Redmond through the arts. The 7 p.m. reception will be followed by the awards presentations at 7:30 p.m.
