Class of 2009: RHS graduates open a new chapter in life

Redmond High School (RHS) held its Class of 2009 commencement ceremony at Key Arena on Thursday, June 11. Four hundred forty graduates received their diplomas. Prior to the ceremony, the RHS band, directed by Andy Robertson, performed "The Olympics: A Centennial Celebration." The processional was an arrangement of "Pomp and Circumstance" and the recessional was John Williams' "Coronation March." During the ceremony, the RHS choir, under the direction of Arianna Guthrie, performed "Simple Gifts" arranged by Mark Hayes.
