Redmond High’s Stutz wins best supporting actor award from 5th Avenue Theatre

Redmond High School's Taylor Stutz, who played George in "The Wedding Singer," earned the 5th Avenue Theatre Award for Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role at Monday's awards ceremony.

Redmond High School’s Taylor Stutz, who played George in “The Wedding Singer,” earned the 5th Avenue Theatre Award for Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role at Monday’s awards ceremony.

Stutz was one of five award nominations for the school’s production of “The Wedding Singer.”

“The Wedding Singer” was also nominated for Outstanding Lobby Display; Outstanding Program Design; Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role (Geena Pietromonaco as Holly); and Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Featured Ensemble Role (Miles Irwin as Reagan/Shane/Priest/Ricky/Suit).
