On Aug. 19 and 20, Evergreen Family Theatre in Redmond will present “Honk! Jr.” at Leota Junior High School Theater at 19301 168th Ave. N.E. in Woodinville.

This musical adaptation of “The Ugly Duckling” will be performed by Evergreen’s youth cast and focuses on the story of Ugly, a homely and awkward fowl, who sets out to find himself and encounters a host of colorful characters along the way. The comedy features youth from the greater Puget Sound area.
