Sammamish Trails District of Boy Scouts announces new Eagle Scouts

The Sammamish Trails District of Boy Scouts of America has announced its newest Eagle Scouts. To earn the Eagle rank, a scout must complete a minimum of 21 merit badges demonstrating community service, leadership and scouting values.

The Sammamish Trails District of Boy Scouts of America has announced its newest Eagle Scouts. To earn the Eagle rank, a scout must complete a minimum of 21 merit badges demonstrating community service, leadership and scouting values.

The new Eagle Scouts are:

• Drew Casmir Tucker of Redmond, Troop 557

• Michael Clayton Weinmeister of Redmond, Troop 520

• Connor James Bezzant of Sammamish, Troop 509

• William James Kingstone of Kirkland, Troop 570

• Jacob Andrew Matthews, a Clyde Hill resident who is a member of Troop 572 in Kirkland.
