The city and Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance will host a second community meeting to consider the types of bike jump facilities the community would like. This meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 3 in the Art and Science Room at Horace Mann Elementary School, 17001 NE 104th St., Redmond.

The goals established for the design of the dirt jumps are to create safer jumps for everyone including jump lines for beginners and more advanced riders and to address environmental stewardship for the site. This information is necessary to determine the ultimate location of such facilities, the planning process and the cost of implementation and maintenance.

While this design process is underway, users of the current dirt jump site are reminded to follow the posted rules.
