Caleb Ji, freshman at The Bear Creek School, has qualified to sit for the USA Junior Mathematical Olympiad exam on April 30 and May 1. Ji (center) celebrates a second-place team finish at the state-level Math Is Cool Masters competition last December with his coach Steven Prokopchuk and fellow team members sophomores Angela Eun, Chris Yang and James Choi. Ji also holds the third-place trophy he earned individually in the calculus division.
