Bravo-Flores pleads guilty to two counts of second-degree child molestation

Melvyn Bravo-Flores pleaded guilty on March 8 to two counts of second-degree child molestation and will be sentenced on April 8, according to the King County Prosecuting Attorney Office. He faces a sentence range of 31 to 41 months in prison.

The 20-year-old Renton resident was arrested at his residence Aug. 5, 2015 for investigation of child molestation charges at the La Petite Academy in Redmond. He was booked into King County Jail and had bail set at $100,000.

Bravo-Flores was arraigned and entered a not-guilty plea in August 2015 at King County Superior Court for a charge of one count of child molestation in the first degree.
