Monday, Feb. 4

DUI: A male driver was stopped for running a red light in the 8000 block 164th Avenue Northeast on Education Hill at 2:23 a.m. and subsequently placed into custody for investigation of driving under the influence.

Sunday, Feb. 3

Don’t come a-knocking: A door knocker was taken off of a door in the 15600 block of Northeast 93rd Way on Education Hill at 2:47 p.m.

Theft: Officers responded to a report of shoplifting from a store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way downtown at 1 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 2

Burglaries: Redmond police responded to two burglaries in Grass Lawn. At 6:25 p.m., officers investigated a burglary at a residence in the 7300 block of 143rd Avenue Northeast. The suspect(s) fled as the victim arrived home. Suspects were not located. The second incident came at 8:28 p.m. in the 13500 block of Northeast 93rd Street in Grass Lawn.

Theft: Redmond police responded to a reported shoplifting in the 17200 block of Redmond Way downtown that was in progress at 1:27 a.m. Upon arrival, the suspect could not be located.

Friday, Feb. 1

Theft: A cell phone was possibly stolen from a department store in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road downtown at 10:20 p.m.

Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to a liquor theft in the 17200 block of Redmond Way downtown at 7:02 p.m. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious circumstance: Redmond police responded to a suspicious incident at 5:42 p.m. in the 2000 block of 148th Avenue Northeast in Overlake. The victim stated she has been followed by a male to and from work.

Malicious mischief: At 9:33 a.m., Redmond police responded to a reported malicious mischief from an apartment complex in the 9200 block of Red-Wood Road on Education Hill.

Suspicious circumstance: A male wearing dark clothing in the 11100 block of 156th Place Northeast on Education Hill was observed looking into residential mailboxes at 2:23 a.m.

Fraud: Redmond police responded to a fraud report at 2:47 p.m. in the 3400 block of 175th Avenue Northeast in Overlake.
