Monday, May 5

Theft: Officers took two theft reports from a gym locker room in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast downtown.

Vehicle prowl: A report was taken for theft of vehicle parts from the Aero Rental Car company in the 15200 block of Bel-Red Road in Overlake at 3:14 p.m.

Gun theft: Redmond police responded to the report of a theft at 3:05 p.m. from the 13300 block of Northeast 75th Street in Grass Lawn. A gun was stolen.

Burglary: At 3:04 p.m., Redmond police responded to a report of a burglary at a business in the 17600 block of Northeast 67th Court downtown.

Bike theft: Redmond police took a report of a bicycle theft at 2:14 p.m. from the 4600 block of 168th Court Northeast in Overlake.

Vandalism: It was reported at 8:29 a.m. that a locked mailbox in the 16400 block of Northeast 44th Way in Overlake was pried open. It is unknown if any mail was stolen at this time.

Sunday, May 4

Assault: At 10:22 p.m., Redmond police investigated a domestic violence assault from the 18300 block of Northeast 98th Place on Education Hill.

Theft: At 9:11 p.m., Redmond police took a theft report that occurred at a gym in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast downtown.

Vandalism: Redmond police took the report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 14800 block of Northeast 68th Street in Grass Lawn at 3:40 p.m.

Saturday, May 3

Trespass: Redmond police issued a trespass letter at 9:48 p.m. from the 8300 block of 164th Avenue Northeast on Education Hill.

Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to a report of shoplifting at 3:50 p.m. from a department store in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street downtown.

Malicious mischief: A Bellevue woman was arrested in the 10300 block of Willows Road for malicious mischief at 7:54 a.m.

Trespass: At 12:40 a.m., Redmond police responded to a trespassing report in the 7400 block of 164th Avenue Northeast downtown.

Friday, May 2

You’ve got no mail: At 6:24 p.m., mail was stolen out of a mailbox in the 15800 block of Leary Way downtown.

Theft: Officers responded to three theft reports from a locker room at a gym in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast downtown.

Found property: A City of Redmond public works employee found keys downtown and turned them in at 3 p.m.

Vehicle prowl: Officers responded to a vehicle prowl report at 11:07 a.m. from the 13700 block of Northeast 93rd Street in Grass Lawn. No suspect information is available at this time.

Theft: At 11 a.m., Redmond police investigated the theft of a garbage can and other suspicious activity at a residence in the 16200 block of Northeast 99th Street on Education Hill.

Threats: Redmond police responded to a reported threat at 8:42 a.m. from the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street downtown.

Thursday, May 1

Vehicle prowl: At 8:46 p.m., Redmond police took the report for a vehicle prowl at a park in the 9000 block of 196th Avenue Northeast on Education Hill.

Theft: Redmond police responded to two reports of theft from a locker room at a gym in the 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast downtown.

Trespass: Redmond police had a homeowner sign a general trespass letter for an abandoned house in the 6000 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway downtown at 1:34 p.m.

Phone harassment: An employee at a commercial business in the 18200 block of Northeast 76th Street downtown reported telephone harassment at 12:11 p.m. The investigation is ongoing.

Mental health: At 8:43 a.m., officers investigated a domestic disturbance from the 4500 block of 170th Place Northeast in Overlake. An adult son was involuntarily committed for a mental health check.
