Executive chef and award-winning cookbook author Lisa Dupar will speak about food and agriculture policy.

Dupar is president and chief creative officer of Southern Accents Inc. She won both the International Association of Culinary Professionals and Julia Child Award in 2010 for her first cookbook, “Fried Chicken & Champagne.” She was named one of the Women of Influence by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2012.
