Eastside Audubon to hold plant sale next month

Eastside Audubon will hold its eighth annual Native Plant Sale from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, May 22 at the Kirkland Children’s School, 5311 108th Avenue NE in Kirkland.

Eastside Audubon will hold its eighth annual Native Plant Sale from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, May 22 at the Kirkland Children’s School, 5311 108th Avenue NE in Kirkland.

The event will feature an extensive array of native plans for any garden or habitat and knowledgeable horticulture volunteers to answer questions.

Eastside Audubon connects people with nature through bird and plant walks, conservation activities and classes for both children and adults. Its mission is to protect, preserve and enhance natural ecosystems and communities for the benefit of birds, other wildlife and people. Eastside Audubon was established in 1980, and serves the urban and rural communities east of Seattle, including Redmond.
