Eastside Symphony to close season May 21 in Redmond

The Eastside Symphony will close its 26th season at 7:30 p.m. May 21 at the Redmond Performing Arts Center, 17272 N.E. 104th St. Tickets are available at www.EastsideSymphony.org or can be purchased at the door. Tickets are $12 general, $9 students and seniors (62 and over), and complimentary tickets for children (12 and under).

Under the leadership of maestro Alexei Girsh, the Eastside Symphony will perform Dvorak’s New World Symphony as well as two unique concertos: Concerto for Piccolo and Orchestra by Taylor and Double Concerto for Clarinet and Viola by Bruch, featuring soloists on piccolo, clarinet and viola. The Eastside Symphony will also perform the “world premiere” Concerto for Piccolo and Orchestra by local composer and musician Jeff Taylor.
