Students and families at Albert Einstein Elementary School spent the morning walking to school as part of International Walk to School Day.

Large groups of walkers arrived at the schools together as neighborhoods joined forces to participate in the annual event. Students who arrived by foot received special snap bracelets — provided by the City of Redmond. Ingrid Munck, one of the parents who helped organize the event, said they ran out of the 100 bracelets as they had more participants than ever.
