A Public Health food inspector closed Hyderabad House, located at 17181 Redmond Way #700 in Redmond, on Jan. 17 due to the following food safety violations, according to the Public Health — Seattle & King County website:
Room temperature storage of potentially hazard food
Improper cold holding
Inadequate hand wash facilities
Bare hand contact with ready-to-eat food
The establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that these issues have been resolved, the site reads.
