Dance for Parkinson’s is a program developed by the Mark Morris Dance Group and Brooklyn Parkinson’s Group. The sessions focus on stretching and strengthening muscles and improving balance. Limited motor skills don’t matter – participants learn how just moving their eyes, listening and playing can improve their body control.

Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. Call the Evergreen Healthline at (425) 899-3000 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday or register online 24/7 at www.evergreenhospital.org/classes.
