The Redmond Historical Society is offering guided walking tours of the historic downtown core.
The remaining tours, which are June 19 and Sept. 18, will provide facts, figures and fun with historian Tom Hitzroth as the man with the stories, gossip and names.
The tours run from 1 p.m to 2:30 p.m. and walkers will meet on the front steps of the Justice White House, located 7730 Leary Way N.E. Tours will not be held in the rain.
Pre-registration is required and a fee of $8 per person will help fund society research. To register, phone or e-mail the Redmond Historical Society office at (425) 885-2919 or info@redmondhistoricalsociety.org.
