Wednesday, Oct. 6

Burglar interrupted: Redmond police responded to a burglary that was interrupted by a home owner in the 16600 block of Northeast 39th Way. The unknown suspect fled out of the bedroom window.

Ransacked: A victim’s apartment was ransacked in the 4200 block of West Lake Sammaish Parkway. There is no suspect information at this time.

Tool time: An unknown suspect took a job box containing several tools from a construction site in the 12100 block of 167th Place Northeast.

Smashed windows: Car prowls, in which suspects smashed windows, were reported in the 16200 block of Northeast 85th Street and 7900 block of 178th Place Northeast.

Tuesday, Oct. 5

Domestic violence: Redmond police arrested a 27-year-old woman for assaulting her husband in the 6300 block of 138th Avenue Northeast at around 12:30 p.m.

Car prowl: A solar charger was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 11900 block of 167th Place Northeast.

Monday, Oct. 4

Shoplifting: A man was arrested for shoplifting at a department store in the 17600 block of Union Hill Road.

Fraud: Redmond police investigated a fraud incident where the victim, who lives in the 17800 block of Northeast 34th Street, reported unauthorized activity on a bank card.

Vocal parent: A school employee who works in the 17000 block of Northeast 104th Street advised her administrator of a disturbance at school involving a vocal parent. The employee also reported this to the Redmond police and intends to obtain an Anti-Harassment order against the parent.

Sunday, Oct. 3

Neighbor dispute: Redmond police responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 16200 block of Northeast 90th Circle.

Car prowl attempt: A 45-year-old man was arrested for breaking into a vehicle in the 17100 block of Northeast 80th Street at around 7 p.m.

Drugs: Redmond police arrested a Kirkland resident for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 10000 block of 166th Avenue Northeast.

Saturday, Oct. 2

Vandalism: A woman reported her car window was broken while it was parked at a friend’s apartment complex in the 6000 block of 188th Avenue Northeast.

Fraud: Redmond police investigated a report of fraud in the 16000 block of Northeast 106th Street. The victim’s replacement debit card was sent to an incorrect address and several fraudulent transactions have been posted to the account.

Noise maker: Redmond police arrested a 30-year-old man for causing a public disturbance at a party in the 8600 block of 169th Circle Northeast at around 4 a.m.

Friday, Oct. 1

Burglary: A Redmond couple returned home from an evening out to find that their house in the 13800 block of Northeast 74th Street had been burglarized.

Illegal plants: A person called police to report that marijuana plants were found growing in an open area near a business on Union Hill Road.
