Lisa Dupar Catering presents ‘Vivre Julia Child!’ cooking class Feb. 23

A cooking class called “Vivre Julia Child! — A Classic French Dinner for the Serious Home Cook” will be offered from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23 at the Lisa Dupar Catering kitchen, 18005 NE 68th St., Suite A-150 in Redmond. Cost is $75 per person.

The Lisa Dupar Catering team will demonstrate recipes and basic techniques from Julia Child’s “Mastering the Art of French Cooking.”

The menu will include “Omelettes au fines herbes,” “Asparagus a la Hollandaise,” “Coq au Vin” (chicken cooked in red wine with onions, mushrooms and bacon) and “Souffle’ a l’Orange” featuring Grand Marnier.
