Little Bit (www.littlebit.org) is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults living with disabilities through equine-assisted activities,

The center’s recent purchase of Simpatico Stables in Redmond was the first of many strides to be taken toward their overall goal of expanding their capacity to serve the many clients still waiting for services.

Kirk has extensive experience in project management and will act as the liaison between Little Bit and the architects and contractors.

Another partner in the nonprofit’s project is Collins Woerman, a Seattle-based architecture firm who will design the expansion of the 17-acre Simpatico Stables site to suit the unique needs of a therapeutic riding facility. The expansion will include a second indoor arena and a new outdoor arena for Hippotherapy and sport riding, indoor therapy rooms, and administrative and volunteer support areas.
