Assault: A male at 159th Place Northeast and Leary Way downtown was arrested at 11:14 p.m. for domestic assault.

Shoplifting: Redmond police responded to a theft at 8:38 p.m. from a business in the 16400 block of Northeast 74th Street downtown.

Burglaries: Officers responded to two burglaries in Overlake. The first came at 11:16 a.m. from the 3900 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway. Redmond police also investigated an attempted burglary at 5:10 p.m. from the 17900 block of Northeast 26th Street.

Grand theft auto: Redmond police took a report of a stolen vehicle and fraud at 12:58 p.m. from the 15200 block of Bel-Red Road in Overlake.
