Malicious mischief: Redmond police took a malicious-mischief report at 11:48 a.m. in the 2500 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast. Someone broke a window at a business.

Monday, Oct. 10

Burglary: Redmond police took a residential-burglary report at 6:31 p.m. in the 18600 block of Northeast 55th Way. Someone entered a garage through a locked side door and stole two bicycles.

Sunday, Oct. 9

Shoplifting: Redmond police took a shoplifting report at 1:30 p.m. in the 17200 block of Redmond Way. A man filled up a shopping cart, pushed it out of the store without paying and quickly threw the items in his vehicle. When store staff approached him, he fled the area, but dropped his phone. A short time later, the phone rang. An officer answered and spoke to the suspect’s girlfriend, who was looking for the lost phone. The girlfriend and the suspect came back to the grocery store to retrieve the phone and he was arrested. Officers found drug paraphernalia on him and he admitted to using heroin.

Saturday, Oct. 8

Trespassing: Redmond police took a trespassing report at 7:35 p.m. in the 8800 block of 161st Avenue Northeast. Police responded to reports of a male exhibiting strange behavior at Mud Bay, yelling at an employee and chasing her to the door. He was spotted and detained at the library for violating a trespass warning letter.

Friday, Oct. 7

Indecent liberties: Redmond police took an indecent-liberties report at 9:39 p.m. in the 16900 block of Redmond Way. An extremely intoxicated male was disorderly at Dairy Queen, he left and was then arrested for urinating in public outside the 76 gas station.

Thursday, Oct. 6

Fraud: Redmond police took a fraud report at 3 p.m. in the 16500 block of Northeast 83rd Street. Money was removed from a victim’s account.

Wednesday, Oct. 5

Burglary: Redmond police took a burglary report at 1:58 p.m. in the 7400 block of 159th Place Northeast. Someone stole a bike from a storage room.
