Melissa Stuart winning city council election against Dennis Ellis

Election results will be certified on Nov. 23.

Based on vote count update on Nov. 16 at 3:15 pm.

With 37.79% of the registered voters’ ballots counted, Melissa Stuart is winning the race for City Council Position No. 4 over Dennis Ellis.

Melissa Stuart – 62.60% (7,592 votes)

Dennis Ellis – 37.19% (4,511 votes)

Election results will be certified on Nov. 23.
