Monday, Feb. 29

ID theft: Redmond police took an ID theft report at 7:48 p.m. in the 6700 block of 147th Court Northeast. Someone put a hold on another person’s mail at the post office and opened accounts with their name.

Saturday, Feb. 27

Hit-and-run: Redmond police investigated an injury hit-and-run traffic collision at 8:48 p.m. at the intersection of Cleveland Street and Leary Way. The suspect left the scene on foot, but police were able to identify the owner of the vehicle.

Assault: Redmond police investigated an assault report at 1:46 p.m. A female employee of a local business visited the police department to report an incident with her supervisor.

Friday, Feb. 26

Traffic collision: Redmond police investigated an injury traffic collision at 6:47 p.m. in the 3800 block of 148th Avenue Northeast. Police responded to the Microsoft campus when a Microsoft shuttle was involved in a traffic collision with a pedestrian.

Traffic collision: Redmond police investigated an injury traffic collision at 12:19 p.m. at the intersection of Leary Way and West Lake Sammamish Parkway. A caller reported a cyclist was hit by a vehicle, and the driver remained on scene.

Thursday, Feb. 25

Burglary: Redmond police took a residential-burglary report at 9:30 p.m. in the 18600 block of Northeast 56th Court. A resident called police after finding that her condominium had been burglarized. Entry was made by breaking the lock on a sliding glass door.

Assault: Redmond police investigated an assault report at 5:06 p.m. in the 14600 block of Northeast 95th Street. Police responded to a business for an altercation among coworkers, one who brandished and knife and made threats.

Wednesday, Feb. 24

Shoplifting: Redmond police took a shoplifting report at 2:28 p.m. in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street. Police arrested a man who, in addition to shoplifting, had a warrant.

Theft: Redmond police took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at 12:35 a.m. in the 15800 block of Leary Way. An unlocked vehicle was prowled and a female’s purse and wallet were stolen.
