Tuesday, March 24

Shoplifting: A woman was arrested for theft after she stole nearly $600 worth of merchandise from a department store in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.

Fake cop: A resident in the 8800 block of 166th Avenue Northeast called to report telephone harassment from an individual claiming to be a police officer.

Monday, March 23

Theft: A suspect entered a woman’s unlocked office in the 3000 block of Northeast 24th Street and stole her wallet from her coat pocket.

On the run: A suspect grabbed items at a store in the 17200 block of Redmond Way and ran away without paying.

Sunday, March 22

Bus stop robbery: Police responded to a strong-arm robbery at a bus station in the 15000 block of Northeast 24th Street. The suspect took a backpack from an individual waiting at the bus stop and ran away. Police arrived and tried to search for the suspect, but came up empty.

Saturday, March 21

Those are my butts: A resident who lives in the 18600 block of Redmond Way reported that a neighbor was stealing cigarette butts and used ash trays off of his porch. It appeared the railing of the porch was damaged and the resident believes it was the neighbor who caused the damage, jumping over the porch railing.

Drinking and driving: A man driving in the 12000 block of Northeast 85th Street was stopped for erratic driving and speeding. He was arrested for driving under the influence and driving without an ignition interlock device.

Missing items: A resident who lives in the 5600 block of 160th Avenue Northeast found several items missing from her home after having some interior remodeling done.
