Wednesday, Sept. 16

Cyber threats: An employee of a business in the 3000 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast called to report that he received a harassing e-mail.

Hot head: Redmond Police assisted a business manager in the 17000 block of Redmond Way after a customer made harassing comments. The customer was trespassed from the business.

Tuesday, Sept. 15

Three strikes, you’re out: Redmond Police arrested a male for driving with no license, possession of illegal drugs and making false statements to police at Northeast 83rd Street and 166th Avenue Northeast.

DUI: A driver was stopped for moving violations and subsequently placed into custody for investigation of DUI, in the 12000 block of Willows Road.

Monday, Sept. 14

Burglary: An unknown suspect stole several hundred dollars after entering a business through a broken glass door in the 16500 block of Cleveland Street.

See ya later: A person rented a room at an apartment complex in the 18600 block of Redmond Way from another renter and paid money up-front. The person leasing the apartment did not use the money to pay rent but unexpectedly moved away. An investigation is ongoing.

Whose bag is it?: Redmond Police investigated a theft call at the Redmond Pool in the 17300 block of Northeast 104th Street. A victim’s backpack was taken by a suspect who claimed it was his. An investigation is ongoing.

Sunday, Sept. 13

Northern exposure: Royal Canadian Mounted Police contacted the Redmond Police Department regarding a Redmond resident who disclosed domestic violence incidents in the city.

Car prowl: A car was prowled near a store in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street. Suspects can be described.

Domestic disturbance: A suspect was arrested after a a report of domestic violence in the 8200 block of 145th Court Northeast.

Saturday, Sept. 12

Burglary: Unknown suspect(s) broke a window and entered a business in the 14500 block of Northeast 91st Street. Computer equipment was stolen.

Domestic abuse: A citizen contacted Redmond Police to report domestic abuse in the 16500 block of Northeast 91st Street. A suspect was named but not located.

DUI: Redmond Police investigated a DUI incident in the 5000 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway and also arrested a DUI suspect in the 16000 block of Redmond Way.

Friday, Sept. 11

Mysterious malfunction: Redmond Police were flagged down by a motorist in the 14800 block of Redmond Way after the vehicle’s sunroof was broken by an unknown object.

Bitter aftertaste: A man reported that his vehicle was vandalized while he dined at a restaurant in the 8900 block of 161st Avenue Northeast. No suspect information was available.

Hit and run: Redmond Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident at an apartment complex in the 15300 block of Redmond Way and cited the suspect.

Thursday, Sept. 10

Assault: Redmond Police responded to a report of an assault in the 15700 block of Redmond Way.

Shoplifting: Redmond Police responded to a shoplifting call in the 11500 block of Avondale Road.
