Wednesday, Sept. 9

Copper caper: Unknown suspect(s) accessed a construction site in the 4500 block of 150th Avenue Northeast and stole copper wiring.

I want my MTV: A television was stolen from an apartment complex’s fitness center in the 4800 block of 156th Avenue Northeast.

Shoplifting: A juvenile suspect stole merchandise from a store in the 15700 block of Redmond Way and was arrested and charged through investigation.

Tuesday, Sept. 8

Domestic violence: Redmond Police responded to a physical domestic violence incident in the 11400 block of Avondale Road.

Burglary: Redmond Police investigated a burglary at an apartment complex in the 8500 block of Willows Road. The crime occurred while the victims were out of the country.

Disorderly conduct: A suspect was arrested after Redmond Police responded to a disturbance in the 8900 block of 160th Avenue Northeast.

Cleaning up: Target store security called to report that two female suspects stole vacuum cleaners from the store in the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street. Security personnel believe the suspects may also have stolen merchandise from Target stores in Lynnwood and Issaquah. Security cameras recorded the incident.

Road rage: A suspect was arrested for reckless endangerment after an investigation revealed the defendant attempted to run a vehicle off the roadway in the 8700 block of 160th Avenue Northeast.

Monday, Sept. 7

Phone snatcher: A woman called police to report that someone had stolen her phone while she was in a store in the 2200 block of Bel-Red Road.

Shoplifting: A suspect was arrested after shoplifting at a business in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast.

Sunday, Sept. 6

Suicidal person: Redmond Police investigated a report of a suicidal male in the 11400 block of Avondale Road.

Rowdy in Redmond: A male subject was arrested outside a bar in the 7800 block of Leary Way for disorderly conduct and obstructing. He was booked into King County Jail.

Vandalism: An adult male was seen throwing rocks and causing damage to a house in the 7500 block of 134th Avenue Northeast. A suspect was identified and charges will be filed through investigation.

All wet: Redmond Police investigated a malicious mischief report at an apartment complex in the 8100 block of 161st Avenue Northeast. Someone triggered the sprinkler system.

Domestic violence: An adult female was committed to a hospital after assaulting her husband and threatening to kill herself in the 18200 block of Northeast 91st Avenue.

Saturday, Sept. 5

Car prowls: Redmond Police responded to multiple car prowls at an apartment complex in the 14600 block of Northeast 81st Street. The vehicles were entered by way of window smashing.

Disturbance: A suspect was arrested for obstruction after Redmond Police responded to a report of a fight at Park and Ride lot in the 7700 block of 178th Place Northeast.

Friday, Sept. 4

Not so fast: A man reported that a subject took money from an ATM at Avondale Way and Redmond Way, after he inadvertently left his bank card in the machine. The victim followed the suspect until he was located and apprehended by police.

Kudos to Pro-Act: The Redmond Pro-Act Unit and Auto Theft Detective recovered property that was stolen from several vehicles in the 8700 block of 160th Avenue Northeast and notified the victims.

Assault: A 16-year-old male assaulted his mother, sister and family friend after accusing his mother of taking some of his property. He also endangered the safety of a four-month-old child. The suspect fled from the residence in the 11400 block of Avondale Road, to an unknown location.

Thursday, Sept. 3

Unsportsmanlike conduct: Unknown suspect(s) entered an open garage and stole sporting goods in the 16400 block of Northeast 104th Street.

Fraud: Redmond Police took a report of a fraud involving Craigslist. The suspect listed the victim’s home, in the 10100 block of 161st Avenue Northeast, for rent on Craigslist.

Watch your purse: An unknown suspect stole a female customer’s purse from a shopping cart in the 17600 block of Northeast 76th Street.
