Monday, Dec. 21

Theft and fraud: A victim in the 11300 block of 163rd Court realized his car had been prowled when a credit card company called to ask about suspicious charges.

Threats: Redmond Police responded to a call in the 17100 block of Northeast 98th Court involving threats made by a family friend. The threats have occurred over the past year and the investigation is ongoing.

Missing person: Redmond Police responded to a missing person call at an assisted living complex in the 8700 block of 166th Avenue Northeast. The person had been missing since the previous afternoon.

Sunday, Dec. 20

Theft: A man was arrested for leaving a store in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast with unpaid merchandise.

Car prowl mania: Redmond Police had 22 different reports of car prowls throughout Education Hill. Police continue to stress the importance of locking the doors of your vehicle and keeping valuable possessions out of the vehicle.

Trailer hauled off: Redmond Police investigated a report of a stolen trailer from a church in the 12300 block of 134th Circle Northeast.

Saturday, Dec. 19

More car prowls: There were two car prowl reports on Education Hill. In one incident, a Woodinville woman reported that her vehicle was broken into and her purse was stolen in the 21700 block of Novelty Hill Road. In the other report, the victim’s disabled parking card was stolen from the vehicle.

The Grinch strikes: Redmond Police investigated a theft of several packages at a residence in the 11800 block of 179th Place Northeast. The resident was away for two weeks and several packages were taken from the porch during that time.

Friday, Dec. 18

DUI: Redmond Police arrested a Bothell man for DUI after he crashed into a guardrail at the corner of Willows Road and Redmond Way.

Thursday, Dec. 17

Drug theft: Redmond Police responded to an assisted living facility in the 9900 block of Avondale Road for a reported theft of narcotic drugs.
