Theft: A woman who lives in the 9800 block of 164th Avenue Northeast reported that approximately $30,000 worth of jewelry was missing from her home.

She said that her home is on the market and she recently had an open house.

Monday, Sept. 1

Making a mess: Somebody entered an unlocked vehicle in the 6300 block of 151st Avenue Northeast and rummaged through the glove box and center console. Items were spread throughout the vehicle, but nothing was taken.

There was another car prowl in the same block earlier in the night involving another unlocked vehicle. Fortunately, nothing was taken from this vehicle also.

Sunday, Aug. 31

Threats: A woman who lives in the 18300 block of Northeast 98th Way reported that her neighbor threatened to hurt her while she was outside smoking.

The suspect refused to open the door when officers attempted to contact her.

Saturday, Aug. 30

Dog on the loose: An 80-pound dog broke loose from the backyard of a residence in the 15800 block of Northeast 66th Place.

The large dog attacked a small dog and its owner in their front yard. The case was referred to King County Animal Control.

Friday, Aug. 29

Car theft: A woman reported that her vehicle, parked in the 9300 block of Avondale Road, was stolen sometime in the middle of the night.

Thursday, Aug. 28

Trash time: An owner of a restaurant in the 16800 block of Redmond Way reported that somebody broke a window, entered the restaurant and then spread trash around in the front of the restaurant.

No suspect has been identified yet.
