Wednesday, Aug. 12

Spare tire stolen: A suspect broke into a vehicle in the 3700 block of 167th Place Northeast and stole the small, temporary spare tire from the trunk area.

No drinking here: Police responded to a Park and Ride in the 7700 block of 178th Place NE, where several juveniles were consuming alcohol. One adult who was with the group was placed under arrest for a prior assault.

Tuesday, Aug. 11

Theft: Redmond Police responded to a reported shoplift in the 16500 block of Northeast 74th Street. The merchandise was located, but the suspect was not.

Police nab thief: A known suspect stole a display cell phone from a store in the 7500 block of 166th Avenue Northeast and was later arrested by Bellevue Police officers.

Monday, Aug. 10

Schwinn-less in Redmond: A locked-up Schwinn bicycle was stolen from a bike rack in the 15100 block of Northeast 84th Street.

DUI: A Redmond man was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana after he was stopped for reckless driving just past midnight in the 7800 block of Leary Way.

Sunday, Aug. 9

Fraud: A Redmond woman who lives in the 2600 block of West Lake Sammamish wired money out of the country and did not receive her items.

Saturday, Aug. 8

Domestic violence: A Redmond man was arrested for domestic violence after he hit his girlfriend during an argument in the 6400 block of East Lake Sammamish Parkway.

DUI: A driver was arrested for driving under the influence after police officers pulled the driver over a traffic infraction at the corner of Cleveland Street and Brown Street.

Friday, Aug. 7

Theft: A suspect stole a bottle of vodka from a store in the 8200 block of 160th Avenue Northeast and drove away. The suspect has not been identified and the case is ongoing.

Trespass: Three juveniles snuck into an apartment complex pool after hours and were caught on surveillance. One of them left a credit card at the scene and it was entered into evidence.
