Emerald Heights, offers amenities and onsite health care services, has reached 98 percent occupancy.

Nestled on 38 acres in Redmond, Emerald Heights has drawn the attention of seniors ages 55 and up from all over the country.

“It’s an honor to be a part of Emerald Heights during this time,” said executive director Grant Linacre. “It’s very gratifying that consumers are not only recognizing the value of the Life Care program offered at Emerald Heights but that they’ve been so pleased with recent expansions and renovations to our campus.”

Emerald Heights recently underwent a $60 million expansion to include a fitness center specifically designed for seniors, auditorium and a restaurant-style dining venue. The community also added Trailside, a 43 apartment home development.

Emerald Heights offers residents an onsite health services clinic as well as The Corwin Center, which offers residents unlimited access to a continuum of care including short- and long-term skilled nursing, assisted living and onsite memory care.
