Coe College student musician Lauren Harris of Redmond recently participated in the 21st Annual Iowa College All-Star Band held in conjunction with the Iowa Music Educators Conference in Ames, Iowa.

Harris, the daughter of Eric and Marie Harris, is a 2012 graduate of Interlake High School. She was one of 13 students chosen to represent Coe in the Iowa College All-Star Band.

Harris rehearsed and performed with this 100-piece All-Star Band ensemble at the Iowa Music Educators Conference in late November.
