Tuesday, Oct. 9

Possession: At 12:34 a.m., officers located a bag of suspected marijuana outside a residence in the 17300 block of Northeast 36th Street in Overlake. The item was submitted for destruction.

Monday, Oct. 8

Stolen vehicle recovered: The owner of a previously reported stolen vehicle in the 17400 block of Northeast 36th Street in Overlake stated at 11:50 p.m. that his vehicle had been returned.

Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested a female at 10:29 p.m. for shoplifting from a grocery store in the 15800 block of Redmond Way downtown.

Assault: A juvenile in the 14600 block of Northeast 64th Street of Grass Lawn was arrested for assault at 6:20 p.m.

Nowhere to sit: At 3:02 p.m., Redmond police investigated a vehicle prowl in the 9800 block of Avondale Road on Education Hill in which a Honda S2000’s seats were stolen.

Theft: Redmond police investigated a theft of political signs at Bel-Red Road and West Lake Sammamish Parkway in Overlake at 1:05 p.m.
