Redmond Police Department (RPD) officers and a K9 unit were unable to locate burglary suspects in the 18000 block of Avondale Road on Wednesday. According to the RPD Twitter, police activity has ended for now.

RPD public information officer Becky Range said officers interrupted a burglary attempt during the afternoon in an unoccupied unit at an apartment complex. A neighbor spotted the suspects and called police. The suspects fled on foot and it is not known if they were armed.
