On Aug. 6, he pleaded guilty to assaulting and stabbing a 28-year-old man while walking along the Sammamish River Trail in Redmond on June 13, according to a press secretary for the King County Prosecuting Attorney Office.
Utley will serve his time in one of the Department of Corrections prison facilities.
