Bagged goods: A employee at a business in the 17200 block of Redmond Way reported that a man entered the store with nothing and then was seen a short time later exiting the store with a bag full of items slung over his shoulder. The suspect was described to officers.

Domestic violence: Police investigated a domestic violence incident between a man and woman in the 13600 block of Northeast 69th Street. The man hit the woman with a beer bottle and also punched her. The man left the residence before police arrived.

Identity theft: A business in the 2400 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast reported that someone gained access to their computer system, which had hundreds of people’s information, including social security numbers.

Tuesday, Feb. 3

Playing dirty: Police investigated a reported assault in the 18600 block of Redmond Way. The two adults were said to be fighting over the use of a washing machine.

Drinking and driving: Police arrested a juvenile male for driving under the influence in the 100 block of Northeast 90th Street. The male was intoxicated and was operating an unregistered motorcycle and had never had a driver’s license.

Monday, Feb. 2

Lap-top crook: Somebody smashed the front door to a business in the 15100 block of Northeast 24th Street and stole five lap-top computers.

Sunday, Feb. 1

Alarming incident: Police arrested a man at a bar in the 7800 block of Leary Way after he pulled out a Taser and made threatening comments to other patrons of the bar.

Theft: An employee of a business in the 7200 block of 170th Avenue Northeast left her purse unattended. A checkbook, three credit cards, a camera and cash were stolen from her purse.

Saturday, Jan. 31

Shoplifting: A woman was arrested for shoplifting at a business in the 7400 block of 166th Avenue Northeast.

Friday, Jan. 30

Car prowl: Police responded to a car prowl in the 4800 block of 156th Avenue Northeast. The vehicle was “possibly left unlocked,” according to the police report and the stereo was stolen.

Thursday, Jan. 29

Backing into trouble: An officer arrested a man for driving under the influence after the driver almost backed into the officer’s vehicle.
