Craig Arthur Pfaff, 65, passed away in Redmond on May 11, 2017 following complications from a year-long battle with lymphatic cancer and a stroke suffered in 2014.
Craig was born on March 24, 1952 to Jacob and June Pfaff in Glendale, CA where he spent his growing up years. Following high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served his country as an instrumentation technician at the Air Force Satellite Control Facility in Sunnyvale, CA. Following military discharge, Craig continued to work in the electronics industry in the S.F. Bay area before moving with his wife, Robin, to Redmond in 1981.
Craig pursued continuing education at Bellevue Community College and proudly graduated from the Business School at the University of Washington in 1990. He leveraged his degree and his electronics background in a variety of senior sales and marketing positions in the Seattle area before retiring following his stroke. Craig loved spending time with his family, reading, tinkering/fixing things, and exploring via the computer.
Craig was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife Robin, son Michael, daughter Alyssa, and brother Kurt. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
A private family memorial is planned for a future date.
