Harold Everett Hartmann Jr.

Harold “Hal” Everett Hartmann Jr.

Born January 15, 1942 in Long Island, New York. His valiant battle against Multiple Myeloma came to an end on December 11, 2008 surrounded by his loving family. He was the adored only child of Harold Everett Hartmann Sr. and Anne Verona Goetz Hartmann. He is survived by his wife Jeannie; daughter Haley and husband Chris; son Harold Everett “Rett” Hartmann III; and granddaughters Chloe, Liliana and Delaney. He graduated from Pennsylvania Military College, was an of-ficer in the army, a Viet Nam veteran, worked at Pacific Northwest Bell and Boeing. His retirement years were enjoyed living aboard a yacht and touring the United States and Mexico in a motor home with his beloved wife Jeannie.A friend to everyone, he loved attending to projects with great creativity; there was nothing he could not make, fix, or improve. He loved boating, camping, traveling, “touring,” exploring. He was an amazingly loving father and husband with a zest for life and an adventurous spirit. His witty, fun-loving, reliable, courageous and gentle spirit will be dearly missed. He is now at peace in God’s glory. “Here’s Hal!”
