Wilma (Willie) Mewes, 87, Everett WA, passed away on December 18, 2021 surrounded by her family. Wilma was born April17, 1934 in Ventura CA. Becoming a mom was her greatest joy. Over the years Wilma lived in Riverside CA, Springdale WA, Coeur d’ Alene ID and Terrebonne OR, until the passing of her husband, Maurice Mewes, in 2016.

She continued to be an inspiration to her family even through her last week with us. She taught us grace, courage and hope.

She was predeceased in death by husbands Gregory, Maurice, brother Albert, and her parents Duff and Erma.

Wilma is survived by her three children Laurie Mayfield (Laurence), Frank Olson (Cinda) and Pamela Lustig (Erik), 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
