Baumann wins all-around title at AQHA West Level 1 Championships

Tess Baumann of Redmond recently earned the Farnam All-Around Level 1 14-18 youth title at the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) West Level 1 Championships in Las Vegas aboard the American quarter horse Pass The Attraction.

Tess Baumann of Redmond recently earned the Farnam All-Around Level 1 14-18 youth title at the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) West Level 1 Championships in Las Vegas aboard the American quarter horse Pass The Attraction.

Pass The Attraction is sired by Hot Attraction and out of Kaught Kissin. The 2004 bay gelding is owned by Elsie Naruszewicz of Monroe and was bred by Andria Mengucci of Madras, Ore.

Baumann received a prize package that included a Professional’s Choice saddle pad, Montana Silversmiths sterling-silver belt buckle and specially designed trophy.

The championships are the pinnacle event for American quarter horse Level 1 and rookie exhibitors who competed in each of the classes representing halter, English and western disciplines. More than 1,677 entries competed for 82 champion titles at the event.
