Evergreen Hospital Medical Center will be hosting a free sports injury seminar at 6:30 p.m. on July 8.

The class will identify what causes sports injuries, and instructors will introduce preventive methods that can keep everyone from seasoned athletes to casual exercisers moving and injury-free.
