Redmond, after winning two straight league games, is now 2-1 in KingCo and will host Bellevue, 2-0 in league, at 7 p.m. on Friday.

Redmond’s Pedro Menchaca booted a 24-yard field goal to cut Juanita’s lead to 6-3 in the first quarter.

The Mustangs’ Bradley Cagle had five catches for 48 yards, quarterback Teryn Berry was 8-for-18 with 67 yards passing and Caden Pratt ran the ball five times for 66 yards, including a 62-yard run.

Defensively for Redmond, Brad Baker and Joseph O’Hanlon had seven tackles each, and Cameron Boone and Jake Lawyer had one interception each.
