Overlake’s Rohit Sirosh finished second in the 1A state golf championships on Thursday at Lake Spanaway Golf Course.

His scores were 75-74-149 during the two-day competition on the par-72 course. Hoquiam’s John Sand took first with 73-71-144. Following the first round on Wednesday, Sirosh was in a five-way tie for fourth with a 3-over 75.

Overlake’s Drew Chouinard finished 41st with 85-91-176.
