Redmond Coldwell Banker Bain real estate broker Marcela Arboleda has formed a unique partnership with Giving from the Heart and has recently made a donation in an effort to help raise money for the nonprofit group.

Each time a Giving from the Heart member, or friend or relative of a member from the Summit Dance Co. community, buys or sells a home with Arboleda, she and Coldwell Banker Bain will donate an amount equal to 10 percent of the commission received to the organization. The nonprofit, created by the Leyde family, will give scholarships to dancers. Arboleda’s children benefited from the dance scholarships.

Coldwell Banker Bain established its Community Partnership program as a way for the company and its brokers to give back to the organizations that are committed to the welfare of our communities. Since the program was created in 1988, Coldwell Banker Bain brokers have donated more than $1.67 million to more than 650 nonprofit 501(c)3 organizations.
