Redmond poet releases psychological thriller

Following her critically acclaimed poem collection published in 2011, Redmond resident Pamela Proehl’s debut novel, “The Heartbreak Killer,” is now available on Amazon and Xlibris.

The psychological thriller features practical Seattle school teacher Rachel Carter suddenly haunted by psychic dreams connecting her to the twisted exploits of a serial killer on the loose.

Locals will recognize Seattle’s signature weather in Proehl’s creative prose, “what sounded like a thousand little fingers tapping on a computer keyboard,” and familiar locations surrounding Lake Washington as the backdrop to nerve wracking drama unfolding in her story.
