Approximately 10,000 people attended Redmond Town Center’s first Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday. Children participated in three egg hunts, jumped on a bouncy house and obstacle course, painted Easter tiles, cracked thunder eggs, decorated eggs, blew bubbles, decorated bunny ears and had their Easter photo taken with festive props. Crowds enjoyed cotton candy and lemonade from the snack stand, petted bunnies, played giant Jenga and enjoyed a bean-bag toss. Goodie bags were distributed to attendees with discounts for Redmond Town Center retailers. Spirit 105.3 sponsored the event.

“The Easter Eggstravaganza had one of the largest turnouts we’ve seen at an Easter event. Due to the popularity of the event, we are already working hard on how to make it better next year and accommodate the large crowds,” remarked Jessica Morgan, Redmond Town Center marketing manager. “It was a busy weekend overall. Redmond Town Center is one of the only shopping centers in the area with an Easter event. Shoppers enjoyed holiday sales and beautiful weather.”
