Inspector closes Redmond food cart for operating without a valid permit

A King County Public Health food inspector closed the Willows Café Mobile Cart, located at 9911 Willows Road, Building G, in Redmond, at 3:40 p.m. Oct. 25 due to operating without a valid permit, according to the Public Health — Seattle & King County website.

The mobile cart will be reopened once the inspector confirms that the owner successfully secures a valid permit to operate, the site reads.
