MomsRising honors Sen. Hill with superhero cape

Sen. Andy Hill of Redmond received a superhero cape from grassroots group MomsRising last week as a champion for quality early learning.

“Many parents and teachers agree that early education is an important experience for a child’s development,” said Sarah Francis, campaign director at MomsRising. “But we still need to ‘plant the seed’ and remind Washington state legislators how essential this program is in shaping our young citizens and future leaders.”
