On Saturday, Sept. 25, the Redmond Kiwanis Club, which supports a high school arm of Kiwanis, the Key Club at Redmond High School (RHS), teamed up with seven RHS Key Club members for an Adopt-A-Roadway Litter Control cleanup event on Northeast 116th Street, from Avondale Road to 172nd Avenue Northeast.

“We want to promote the good our youth do for our local community,” said Redmond Kiwanis member Dan Vache. “We also are looking for more community members to join our small but active Kiwanis Club.”

The club meets at noon Tuesdays at Watercress Asian Bistro, 16505 Redmond Way in downtown Redmond.
